Radar Overseer Scotty is a character used in many TTS Video series.

Radar Overseer Scotty as he appears in Funny News Bulletins on nkrs200.

He is obsessed with boloney sandwiches and cannot seem to turn away from them. He is also known for making Sam pissed off at him, and is notorious for switching Microsoft Sam's IWAY Cookies with boloney sandwiches.
